    The parables of Jesus are the important part of the teachings given by Jesus. They are found in the form of three synoptic gospels. For Christians, these parables are highly important because these are words by Jesus. The Parable of the Ten Bridesmaids is also known as the Parable of the ten virgins. It is given in the New Testament. In this, five virgins are wise and they prepare themselves for the bridegrooms’ arrival. That’s why they are rewarded. The other five virgins are foolish and they don’t prepare.
